It’s easy to begin, just complete the enrollment form and fax, mail or email it to us. We will contact you to get you set up with a starter kit!
The kit includes:
- A printed order form for each person in your group.
- A letter explaining the program and how to order online, by Auto-Order, or by mail.
In addition, you will receive ongoing marketing support of your program:
- Active participants will receive regular emails announcing prizes or contests to help promote the program.
- You will be provided with links to our website to place on your website to encourage visits by your group members.
- We will provide posters online each month which highlight current contests and promotions for you to download and print
