Introductory letters and flyers are Word documents that can be customized to your group and its fundraising goals. The introductory letter examples provide a description of the Simplified SCRIP program and instructions on how to use it. Flyers, on the other hand, are meant to be promotional information to your supporters. Both letters and flyers can be printed and handed out, reproduced in your group newsletters, and emailed to your members.
Instructions:
- Open the document and edit the areas highlighted to customize for your group.
- Print and distribute them with the order form on the back side to your supporters or insert in newsletter communications.
Note: Simplified SCRIP will print the flyer for you with an order form on the back side if you would like. There is no printing fee but your donation account will be charged a $7.00 shipping fee. |
