JCPenney Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services and may also be used for jcp.com and phone-in JCPenney catalog orders for Home Delivery. Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Gift Cards may not be used for payment on account. Terms and Conditions are applied to gift certificates/gift cards.
